Most of the property is plain scrubland, partly cleared or covered with pristine forest. Towards the western border there is undulating terrain leading to a ridge up to an elevation of more than 400 meters.
Three rivers are running through the farm. The Laura River and the Spring Creek are crossing the property on a length of about 8 km each. Several dams, creeks and lagoons provide fresh water at all seasons.
There is already a bore of 500 gal/hour and the option for further bores. The two-bedroom house is connected to public power.
The Peninsula Development Road crosses the property with about 9 km road frontage. It's newly sealed up to the farm entry and is just about to be rebuilt all the way to the north tip. There is an ideal spot for an airstrip right behind the house.
